pumpkin patch chocolate and pumpkin muffins

hello hello
pumpkin patch muffins
made with chocolate and some actual pumpkin

ingredients:
[this recipe makes two muffins]
6 1/2 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsps pumpkin purée
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsps milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
chocolate spread

for the topping:
a chocolate flake
some orange and green fondant icing [I mixed yellow and red icing to make orange]
chocolate spread

preheat the oven to 167°C
get two bowls, in one bowl sieve and mix the dry ingredients, in the other bowl mix the wet ingredients but leaving the chocolate spread for later. add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together. place 2/3 of the the mixture in two muffin cases, make a hole in the centre of each muffin and place in a bit of chocolate spread in the centre. use the rest of the muffin mixture to cover the hole and top the muffins. place on the middle shelf of the oven for about 17 minutes. take out of the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack, enough to add a topping. get the remaining ingredients. mould the orange fondant icing into little pumpkins and the green icing into a pumpkin vines and leaves and set aside. place some chocolate spread in a bowl and crumble in some of the flake chocolate in a mixed together, then place on top of each muffin, and flake some more of the flake chocolate on top, to resemble the ground of the pumpkin patch. then add the icing pumpkins and leaves. a little pumpkin patch on the pumpkin muffin, yay
