preheat the oven to 167°C
get two bowls, in one bowl sieve and mix the dry ingredients, in the other bowl mix the wet ingredients but leaving the chocolate spread for later. add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together. place 2/3 of the the mixture in two muffin cases, make a hole in the centre of each muffin and place in a bit of chocolate spread in the centre. use the rest of the muffin mixture to cover the hole and top the muffins. place on the middle shelf of the oven for about 17 minutes. take out of the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack. once they have cooled enough to add a topping, get the remaining ingredients. place some chocolate spread on top of each muffin, arrange the coloured sweets to look a bit like autumn trees. autumn scenery on a muffin, yay
