toffee apple firework chocolate muffins

hello hello
little toffee apples, yasss

ingredients:
[this recipe makes two muffins]
6 1/2 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tbsp pumpkin purée
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsps milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 Rolos or caramel filled chocolate's

for the little toffee apples:
apple
toffees
-slice the apple in half, then using a melon baller scoop out some balls of apple and place a cocktail stick in each bit of apple. place about five toffees in a microwaveable bowl and microwave for about two minutes and stir, then dip the apples into the toffee until they are covered and place on a nonstick surface, and put in the fridge until set

for the topping:
sprinkles
some fire coloured gummy sweets
chocolate spread

preheat the oven to 167°C
get two bowls, in one bowl sieve and mix the dry ingredients [but not the Rolos], in the other bowl mix the wet ingredients. add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together. place 2/3 of the the mixture in two muffin cases, make a hole in the centre of each muffin and place in three Rolos each. use the rest of the muffin mixture to cover the hole and top the muffins. place on the middle shelf of the oven for about 17 minutes. take out of the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack. once they have cooled enough to add a topping, place some chocolate spread and top of each muffin. then add some sprinkles and arrange the coloured sweets to look a bit like a firework, and add some toffee apples and enjoy, yay!

love Alice
