chocolate muffin s'mores bars

s'more chocolate and marshmallows, yay


13 tbsps plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsps cocoa powder
3 tsp sugar
4 tbsps melted butter
5-6 tbsps milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
chocolate spread

for the filling:

optional - topping:
chocolate chips 
chocolate spread

preheat the oven to 167°C 
get two bowls, in one bowl sieve and mix the dry ingredients. in the other bowl mix the wet ingredients but leaving the chocolate spread for later. add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together. place the mixture in to a baking tin. make little holes in the mixture and place in a bit of chocolate spread in each hole, then cover most of the chocolate with the mixture around it. place on the middle shelf of the oven for about 15-20 minutes, so the muffin mixture springs back when touched. take out of the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack. once it has cooled cut into eight pieces to make four s'mores bars. take one piece and cover with some chocolate spread, then toast, above a flame, two marshmallows and place on top of the chocolate spread, then take another muffin bar piece and place it on top of the marshmallows squishing them a bit and then add the topping if you like, and repeat with the remaining pieces. then munch away, yay
