white chocolate and strawberry muffins

I went strawberry picking... so I made some strawberry muffins

recipe [this recipe makes two muffins], 
ingredients:

8 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 chopped strawberries 
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsps water
1 tsp vanilla extract

centre -
white chocolate chips

topping - 
white chocolate sauce
2 strawberries

preheat the oven to 167°C 
in one bowl mix the dry ingredients, in another other bowl mix the wet ingredients. add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together. place the mixture in some muffin cases, sprinkle some white chocolate chips in the middle and cover them with the muffin mixture, place on the middle shelf of the oven for about 17 minutes. leave to cool a little. top with white chocolate and a strawberry then enjoy, yay!
