chocolate chip muffins that are quite healthy!!!

hello

I love chocolate chip muffins, one of my favourites being the chocolate ones from costa, I mean yum yum yum!!! I have eaten quite a few of them. I also love being creative and cooking, so I baked some chocolate chip muffins, yay!!!

I really love agave nectar it is a great sweetness provider that I have used to sweeten a few recipes rather than sugar and it is better for me. so I used it in this recipe.

recipe...
makes 12 muffins that are hard and crumbly on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside,
it is quite easy...
ingredients:

plain flour - 32 tbsp
milk - 10 tbsp
agave nectar - 2 tbsp
bakeing powder - 1 tbsp
chocolate chips - 100g bag
vanilla extract a few drops
flora - 5 tbsp
egg - 1

pre heat the oven to about 195°c,
place about 12 muffin cases in a muffin/ cupcake tin and put to one side,
get a large mixing bowl and sieve the flour and baking powder into it and mix,
in another microwaveable bowl add 5 tbsp of flora, I used flora light, and melt in the microwave for about 30secs or until melted and allow to cool a little, then add the egg, agave, vanilla and milk  then whisk together,
add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until combined together, then fold in the chocolate chips,
divide the mixture into the cases and place in the middle of the oven for about 19 minutes a skewer should come out clean, and then enjoy!!!

I liked eating mine with some Nutella yum yum yum!!!

love Alice
